Shigeo Kageyama, a regular second-year middle school student, was dubbed a "Mob" due to his feeble presence, but he actually possesses a potent natural superpower. Mob started to believe that their superpowers were dangerous after each growth. Mob has been unconsciously repressing their emotions in order to prevent superpowers from becoming out of control.
